Transparency, Integrity & Faith-Based Education

SouthWest Commonwealth Eduversity of Christians (SWCW-C) is committed to transparency, integrity, and clear communication with prospective and enrolled students. The following disclosures are provided to ensure that all individuals are fully informed before making enrollment decisions.


Religious Nature & Exemption Status

SouthWest Commonwealth Eduversity of Christians (SWCW-C) is a faith-based religious institution operating under a religious exemption pursuant to Section 1005.06(1)(f), Florida Statutes.

All programs and degrees offered by SWCW-C are religious and ecclesiastical in nature and are intended solely for Christian ministry, theological education, spiritual formation, and faith-based leadership.


Academic Programs & Purpose

Academic programs at SWCW-C are designed exclusively for:

  • Christian ministry and pastoral service
  • Theological education and biblical studies
  • Faith-based leadership and service within churches and religious organizations

Programs are not intended for secular professions or state-regulated occupational practice.


Licensure Disclosure

Programs offered by SWCW-C do not lead to state licensure, professional certification, or authorization to practice any regulated occupation in Florida or any other jurisdiction.


Transferability of Credits

The acceptance of credits or degrees earned at SWCW-C by another institution is not guaranteed and is determined solely at the discretion of the receiving institution.

SWCW-C does not represent or imply that its credits or degrees will be transferable to, or accepted by, state-licensed, accredited, or secular institutions.


Employment & Career Outcomes

SWCW-C does not guarantee employment, ministry placement, salary levels, or job market availability upon completion of any program.

Any ministry-related guidance or referrals provided are informational only and do not constitute placement services or employment assurances.


Financial Aid & Loans

SWCW-C does not participate in Title IV Federal Student Financial Assistance programs. Federal grants and federal student loans are not available through the institution.

Students who choose to use private loans, personal funding, or third-party financial assistance are solely responsible for those obligations.


Tuition, Fees & Refund Policy

Tuition, fees, refund policies, and withdrawal procedures are clearly disclosed prior to enrollment. SWCW-C maintains an equitable prorated refund policy in accordance with Rule 6E-1.0032(6)(i), Florida Administrative Code.


Student Responsibility

Enrollment at SWCW-C signifies that the student has:

  • Reviewed and understood all institutional disclosures
  • Acknowledged the religious nature and limitations of the programs
  • Determined that the program aligns with personal, spiritual, and vocational goals
